Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for buying/subscribing to our services at TestSarthi. We strive to ensure our customers have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our educational services.

1. Refund Policy

We offer a transparent refund policy for our digital products and subscriptions. However, due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Mock Tests & Digital Goods: Once a mock test or any digital content is accessed, downloaded, or consumed, it is non-refundable.
  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the content due to technical issues on our platform, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if unresolved, process a full refund.
  • Accidental Purchases: If a purchase was made by mistake, you can request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction, provided no content has been accessed.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription or services subject to the following terms:

  • Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. No prorated refunds will be provided for early cancellation.
  • Live Classes/Sessions: Cancellations for live sessions must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
